Whether you are just starting out in your business, have reached a stagnant point, or are excelling and want to expand — E3 can help. We work hand-in-hand with you to establish a vision of your business and develop a plan. Within our coaching sessions we will set goals and create steps to achieve them. The E3 team helps keep you on track with your original vision, continually evaluating and working toward sustainable growth and success.

E3 coaching services will help you navigate these areas according to your needs. Our coaching is set up on three levels. Level 1 is to have us review the current status of your business and make recommendations based on that evaluation.
Level 2 will build upon the initial review and provide an in-depth analysis of your day-to-day business activity. We will coach you on how to create a vision for your company, set goals, analyze finances, determine employee and cash-flow needs, create office efficiency/compliance, and address any other areas of interest in order to maximize your return.
Level 3 consists of additional customized business development services for you and your business. Currently we offer basic QuickBooks bookkeeping training and recruitment and employee hiring services, but E3 is happy to customize other programs specific to your business’s unique needs .
E3 encourages empowerment through learning by doing. Levels 1 and 2 educate you on how to manage your business on your own. Our coaching comprises one-on-one phone conversations, e-mail, project assignments , and periodic check-ins. Since each individual has a different level of knowledge and/or understanding of business and a different approach to learning, it is difficult to determine how long this will take. There is no obligation to continue sessions once you’ve enrolled, and you can cancel at any time.

Level 1 Small Business Services
- Evaluate current financial situation: long-term, short-term, cash flow, etc.
- Evaluate current office efficiency: everyday procedures/process flow, bookkeeping, etc.
- Evaluate team: number of employees, contribution to business, etc.
- Analyze cash flow: daily, monthly, quarterly, annually
- Review financial statements: income statement and balance sheet
- Discuss goals and vision of company
- Identify and discuss areas of improvement
- Set goals
Level 2 Small Business Services
All services listed under Level 1 plus:
- Create a small business development plan in written format-help with outlining goals and vision for company
- Develop a budget in written format to support business plan
- Create a small business marketing plan: determine what sets you apart from your competition, how to identify target markets, etc.
- Financial statement overview: discuss how to read and make decisions based on information
- Finances – long-term: sales projections, cash-flow projections; discuss how this information aligns with income goals, budget, etc.
- Review human resource department for compliance in areas such as OSHA
- Review insurance coverage and other business overhead for possible savings
Level 3: Customized Business Development Services
Cost of customized business services are in addition to the coaching packages listed above and may include but are not limited to:
- Employee recruiting services and/or access to employee hiring pool
- QuickBooks bookkeeping training

Level 1 – Coaching Session
- One-hour session on phone, e-mail for questions for up to two weeks
- Cost: $100 for each coaching session
Level 2 – Coaching Session
- One-hour session on phone, e-mail for questions for up to four weeks, project assignment (s), and periodic check-ins (one to two per week up to four weeks)
- Cost: $200 for each coaching session
Level 3 – Customized Business Development Services
Cost of customized business services are in addition to the coaching packages listed above, and may include but are not limited to:
